This new addition to our Moonshine line is truly delicious, smooth and unique. We ferment a perfect blend of fancy molasses and organic cane sugar and then double-distill the product through our still, Kirby. We let the spirit mellow in a stainless tank for eight months. This White Moonshine is sitting at a smooth 40%, which mellows out into a perfect molasses rum flavour that blends beautifully with daiquiris, mojitos, piña coladas or straight on ice.
