Our second batch of Oak Aged Amber Rum is a delicious blend of Fancy Molasses and Organic Cane Sugar, double-distilled through Kirby, the first “legal” still to be built in Nova Scotia. This delicious white spirit is then settled into a one-time used American Oak Bourbon Barrel to sit and mellow for a year. The subtle Bourbon notes added to this rum give it an array of flavours that have never been tasted before. A truly great spirit to be enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
